You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of all notes, data, markdown files, and assets created within Noternism. Noternism grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the application on compatible macOS and iOS devices.
3. Zero-Knowledge Web Sharing
You are solely responsible for the content of notes you choose to share publicly via the encrypted web sharing feature. You agree not to distribute malicious software, illegal content, or intellectual property belonging to others without authorization.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty
Noternism is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we incorporate atomic file coordination and emergency recovery snapshots to safeguard data integrity, you are encouraged to maintain independent backups of your local folders and iCloud storage.
